Donate Your Time
It’s impossible for the SFA to manage its busy calendar without help from members. Local members make our organization special. How can you best help with your time?
- Spread the SFA Gospel. Share the Web site with friends. Forward our e-mails. Talk up our mission.
- Support our documentary work. Identify potential subjects and call them to our attention. Better yet, find a local funder and a potential project, and then call us!
- Share your talents on the road. We try to keep our events affordable, which means depending on local volunteer help. We love it when locals assist to pitch tents, stack chairs, and tote heavy boxes. Give us your time when we showcase your town.
- Roll up your sleeves and join SFA's Skillet Brigade. Show SFA spirit in your community. Work with an existing effort. Wear SFA buttons and gather fellow members to help. Put our vision statement into action: To set a table where black and white, rich and poor, all who gather, may consider our history and our future in a spirit of reconciliation.
